I took my truck in to Honest-1 Auto Care on Grapevine Hwy in North Richland Hills, Texas. The employees are friendly and welcoming. The shop and lobby was clean and inviting. The mechanic work was done with care. I like the website and used a coupon from their site. I really liked the detailed report and text messages they used to inform me of my vehicle status. I plan to use them in the future for vehicle maintenance.

I brought in my truck for what I thought might be a costly brake repair. The actual source of the problem was an improper installation of a component from a different repair shop. I know I could easily have been overcharged but Honest Auto Care only charged me a fair labor charge and had me on my way.

I enjoyed an extremely courteous day. My late husbands 2004 Tacoma was checked entirely, repairs were done including passenger door opening mechanism and I received shuttle service to my home and back to pick up the truck 👼

So far so good! We will for sure be back!

Folks make you feel welcome right when you walk in the front door. I was impressed how fast my F150 was diagnosed. My 17 year old truck is running great now and no more whine sound (yay). I am a cheaper to keep her type feller and will trust these folks with my trucks maintenance needs from here on out.
