Martin & his staff were courteous, kept me informed and did a great job.

I will start by saying, Honest 1 certainly lives up to their name. My 2015 Sonata engine was struggling in performance so when I called Honest 1, Martin answered the phone. After explaining what the car was doing Martin immediately gave me two possibilities as to what could be the reason why the engine was struggling. I rectified one of the issues based on Martin's guidance but was not satisfied so I called and brought the car in. It was then I met the wonderful Ms. Ashley who immediately impressed me with her extensive knowledge on automobiles, interpersonal customer service and effective communication. Their pricing were reasonable and I did not walk out of there feeling taken advantage of, after I picked up my car. Folks, sincerely, Honest 1 is the real deal when it comes to auto repairs, and my car and wife's car are entrusted to them for all our repairs. No more outrageous charges at the dealership or some of those local so called auto mechanic shop.

As always, upon entering you feel the great Customer service not to mention the sweet kitty cat waiting to say welcome in. Great service HONEST people. We highly recommend serving your vehicles with them. The Swanson's

Ashley helped me with my car, they replaced my starter and got my car back to me super quick and helped me out with a payment plan so I could get my car back speedy quick! A little pricey but for guaranteed work

The customer service here is unmatched! Ashley was so knowledgeable and helpful, and admitted the problem I’m having isn’t severe enough to actually need anything done right now without charging me anything. She explained what the problem likely is, and what repairs I’m looking at down the line along with a ballpark cost for the repairs. They explained everything in a way I understood and answered every question I had from when I first called about dropping my car off to follow up questions I had after I had already left with my vehicle. This shop is a little further from me than some other shops in the area but I will definitely return here!

This is my 2nd time visiting this place, and both visits had been nothing but pleasant. From the people working the front desk to the whole building itself, love the cleanliness and the vibe that I felt and feel as I'm hanging out here waiting for my cars result. Love that before they do anything, they make sure that they talk to you first. And to top it all off, love love love the high table with charging station on it, totally a plus for me 🤣
