UPDATE: I received a call from the owner, Chris, who was very apologetic and wanted to make sure that I brought my car so that they can check everything and to rebalance my car since the weights scraped off. They also offered to reimburse me for any costs that I incurred due to this incident. Since I didn’t have to tow the car, he offered a store credit. It turned out it was more than likely caused from a technician that no longer works there. They really do care and want to make it right. I took my car here to have my brakes replaced back in October and the customer service really was great. However, a few days later I noticed a scraping sound and immediately took it back. Turns out something wasn’t tightened all the way so they went ahead and took care of that. I figured everything else was fine and was made confident that the issue was resolved. Fast forward to this week, I was driving out of town and, right after I exited the highway, I noticed what felt like a flat tire. Luckily, my destination was close enough for me to immediately turn into. Once I turned in, my car stopped abruptly and would not drive at all. Upon further inspection, it was noticed that the top caliper bolt was completely gone (or was never installed) and the other bolt was extremely loose as well. This caused the caliper to fall and scrape against my wheel and lock my tire completely, making it unable to move. Had this happened while I was on the highway, it could have caused a major accident. The only reason I am posting this review is because this is a major safety concern and, luckily, nobody was hurt this time.
