They have the best customer service here! I've had 2 vehicles inspected. Never a long wait, & they have a play area for kids, plus complimentary drinks & snacks. My favorite thing about this shop, though, is that they don't try to sell me a bunch of repairs that I don't actually need. Highly recommend!

very impressed with this business. brought my truck in for an oil leak. reception was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. repair was fast and fairly priced. they have clean, comfortable waiting area, stocked with sodas and snacks. play area for kids. offered shuttle service, and complimentary roadside assistance if you spend over 25.00 with them. definitely will be back for inspections and oil changes and other needs if necessary.

Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had an an automotive repair shop. The employees were all nice and helpful. They acted like they really cared about the customers needs. My vehicle was repaired quickly and professional at a very reasonable price. They even arranged transportation to and from the shop for me using Lyft.

We moved from another stsst almost a year ago. It took years to find a trust worth mechanic shop there. So hence our hesitation, when we moved to TX. But I needed my oil changed back in October and we fell upon Honest-1. My wife and I have since serviced both our vehicles there, multiple times. They are very friendly and quick. They are also not pushy, they will tell you a concern and tell you how "critical" repairing it is. From the yearly Texas inspection to bigger car issues, we have gone exclusively to them.

I’d like to just start off with how they changed my perspective on how a auto shop has the potential to turn a bad day into leaving with a smile, I’m glad I had came to H-1 instead of anywhere else. from what I’ve seen, as a team they are very passionate in what they do, from the detailed and Methodical inspection they did when they repaired my truck (which might I add they did free of charge) down to the free car wash coupon they gave me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything needed to be replaced or repaired their services just go unmatched against any car repair shop I’ve ever been too.
