I’ve used Honest-1 Auto Care for state inspections, oil changes and regular maintenance of my Fiat 500. They are always friendly, professional and reasonable with their recommendations. I never feel that they are pressuring me to perform unnecessary work. So happy to have them in the neighborhood!

This place is the only place I take my car now. They have taken great care of me through 2 different cars. The service is always top notch, the value is excellent and the name holds true. They also now have very sweet cat who will sit in your lap if you let it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that they get their service done here.

Ashley and the owner had excellent customer services. They looked at my 2014 Cadillac, it needed a differential but unfortunately the repairs that I needed many of the online auto stores parts were back ordered from 3 to 6 months. Ashley, even called around to some Cadillac dealerships but they would not sell the part to Honest-1. The Dealership needed those parts for vehicles coming to services only and since I was getting my repairs covered under a extended service contact, I had to go to the dealership to get the repair look into at the time. Will definitely do business with Honest-1 in the future.

First of all, Ashley is AMAZING. She is thorough, knowledgeable and extremely personable. She answered all my questions and was completely honest (surprise!) with me about what I may be looking at for a repair. Ultimately I went with an approved vendor from my insurer but I will be bringing my vehicle to Honest-1 for my regular maintenance needs for sure!
