I have taken my vehicle to Honest 1 Auto Care twice and have been extremely pleased and impressed with their service. They are friendly, thorough, efficient, and quick. They communicate well and do good work in a timely manner. And most importantly, they are what their name says—Honest! Their prices are more than fair. They don’t try to up sell me. They even told me something I asked about didn’t need to be fixed. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my vehicle there.

When you dont know much about what's actually happening under the hood of your car(which is most of us) it can be very nerve-racking taking it to an auto mechanic. "I am completely at their good graces, what's to stop them from lieing to me and overcharging me for everything?" Is something you commonly think. I have to say Honest-1 Auto Care totally alleviated all of those fears for me. The service was straight forward and Honest. They gave advice as to what they thought I should do for my vehicle but I never once felt like they were trying to push something on me. The issue was fixed in an incredibly timely manner and I left with the satisfaction of knowing I got a fair and honest rate for their services. I will most certainly be coming back to Honest-1 Auto Care for any issues I may have in the future.

We took our car in because our rogue’s brakes felt spongy. The mechanic tested the vehicle and wasn’t able to reproduce the problem. Most places would charge for the diagnostic but these guys sent it home free of charge and offered advice if any issues arise in the future. A great experience and I feel they are an actual trustworthy car shop. Will definitely go back for any future issues.
