Honest-1 was able to quickly diagnose my cars issues and get me back on the road in no time!

On my way home from work, I heard a muffled pop and could hear sounds of something being dragged underneath my car. I pulled over and couldn't find anything wrong ( tires were still inflated, and I couldn't find anything else wrong. I pulled into Honest 1 Auto Care just as they were about to close. After explaining my concern, I was immediately asked to pull into a bay. 3 gentlemen immediately got to work, pulling up the hood, looking underneath the entire car, the works!!! After checking everything, nothing was found that related to my concerns. Boy, was I relieved! Special thanks to Matthew and his crew for easing my fears with great customer service! Bless you, gentlemen, bless you!!!

The technician was very kind and very cute. Lol they advised me of what needed to be repaired. Now my car is legal.

H-1 is one of the few places I trust to make proper repairs at reasonable cost. They have the personnel, expertise and equipment to execute. Others, including dealers may have these ingredients but don't apply them like H-1 does. This trip I got the expected excellent thrust wheel alignment. As a bonus they diagnosed and repaired a suspension component which had been making a noise that had vexed me for quite some time. I don't know any other shop that has the willingness and knowledge to make this type of repair. The bill for the work was quite reasonable too. All this with friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff.

We had used an auto repair place for decades, but they suddenly closed shop when the owner retired. We thought we would never find anyone else that we really trusted. But, then we tried Honest One. They have been nothing but wonderful to us for several years. All work has been done well and completely, priced fairly ( actually we think they undercharge, but don't tell them I said so), and with sincere good will and smiles from everyone there. We are completely pleased in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier for the services the team at Honest-1 did. I was kept informed of the repairs and when it would be ready. I’ve used them every time I’ve had an issue or problem that crops up. They’ve been wonderful and reasonable so I’ll keep using them for repairs on my 2001 Tahoe

My car was having big issues on steering. It would want to steer to the right very badly. I took it to these folks and they swapped my tires hoping to see if it was a tire issue. They swapped them and found out it was the tires that were bad that was causing the bad steering. They didn't charge me either so I was thankful for that. I got myself a new set of tires and my car rolls great again. Just glad I found out what the deal was with my car. But I was thankful these folks didn't charge me. Even if it was a simple issue.
