My experience at Honest 1 was 5 star except for one thing. You could use paper floor mats over lite color floor mats , my floor mats had several foot prints (grease ). I cleaned them with carpet stain remover. Great service, Dick Good

I was referred by a moms group on Facebook, everyone was very nice and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. The office is nice to wait in with a kids area, comfortable seating, and snacks. Will go back.(update, received a follow up call the next day to thank me for coming in and to let me know some details about my tires and brakes, they said both look good and should last without work for a while)

Excellent customer service !! First impression are a deal breaker and they hit it right out of the park ,,,, honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold , especially dealing with high end auto like bmw ,,,, I felt I could fully trust these guys,, share with all my co worker at dfw airport too!! Will use them again . They also followed up service with a phone call to make sure all was ok !!! Who does that anymore ,, They stand out !!! Thanks again folks !!

First impressions are important. I first noticed the waiting area. It was spacious, clean, coffee, drinks, snacks, donuts, all in a large comfortable area with comfortable chairs. I was greeted promptly by the Service Advisor wo carefully went through my concerns. All I needed was a brake check and estimate for repairs (if needed). I was due also for a State Inspection. While waiting I had a long chat with one of the owners, who had come out to introduce himself to another customer. The magazine selection could be better. After a while the technician came out and told me that one of the battery posts was broken, we went into the shop area and by was it clean! The techs and service personnel were all uniformed and the tool chests were all matching colors. Brakes will need replacing very soon but I'll have to wait , but I did get a new battery, and estimate. Ya'll try this shop! Great folks! Close to NRH2O. A definite 5 Star!

I have an older Nissan with several problems and Honest 1 had several different mechanics help me on it repeatedly. Every single time they call me and explain every issue they find in extensive detail and if parts and labor are needed they’ll explain those in detail as well, before ever starting the project. As one who doesn’t know much about cars, this auto care company was ideal for me. The pricing is always reasonable too, I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. They are just running an honest business and I think they genuinely want their customers to be safe and satisfied. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, solid, trustworthy mechanic in the Bedford, Euless, Hurst, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Lewisville area because they are the best I’ve had. ((Side note: they just updated their waiting area. They have lots of comfy seating, wifi and plugs available, a small kid’s play area indoors and lots of yummy complimentary snacks and drinks!))
