I like Honest -1 auto because they understand the meaning of customer service and they have helped me with car problems several times. They have good service prices and they are honest people. I would recommend this business to anyone in the world. The receptionist is very knowledgeable of their services and she is a very sweet person. The mechanics are great, you can tell they have a lot experience and they seem to know what they are doing. You can wait for you car or they will give you a ride somewhere else. They have a very clean establishment and they have refreshments in the waiting area. Honest-1 Auto you are Awesome!!!

The personnel makes Honest-1 Auto Care a great business! Elizabeth at the desk is friendly, helpful and very capable at multitasking. Chris, one of the owners was engaging, informative and professional in customer care. Bruce, the mechanic was friendly and professional in my vehicle treatment and evaluation. I was very pleased with my experience at Honest-1 Auto Care NRH and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service for their vehicle at reasonable prices.

I brought my 2000 Taurus in for an estimate. They were very informative and friendly. No one was rushing me. They have a kids play area and snacks/coffee! 👍

We have been going to Honest One in Hurst TX for a while now. They have been great! They always explain what needs to be fixed and why. They have gone out of their way to help us fix our 1995 van. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had my car towed to Honest 1 Auto Care and spoke to Elizabeth and the owner Chris. Both were very helpful and appear to be honest individuals. They kept me informed with my vehicle and didn’t overcharge. It’s hard to find a good, honest mechanic, I will definitely consider bringing my vehicles back to them as I feel they will not try to nickel and dime you, rather give an honest assessment. Even living 45 minutes away. I recommend Honest 1 to anybody in this area!
