We brought both of our cars in for oil changes and a brake fluid flush and fill on one of them. The free inspections found a few things that were significant concerns. With the added work, both cars were ready before they were promised. After we got home, the window regulator went out on one of our cars. I called Christine who said that she could get us in even though it was close to closing time. This was huge as we didn't want a window left open all weekend in triple degree temps. The folks at Honest-1 always seem to exceed my expectations. They are the only place we bring our cars too.

When I have another pending issue regarding my vehicle, this time I went to State Inspection, I will return to where they are.

As soon as I walked in, they greeted me and was already asking what the problem was. We chatted, I got to know them, they got to know me. They had my car checked in about 5 minutes later. Checked it out for me and had an estimate and everything in less than 30 minutes! Super friendly. Finance programs available if the problem is to high at the moment. Love this place. Highly recommended by me!!!

I took my Mitsubishi Outlander here about 2 weeks ago & had front brake pads & rotors replaced, both CV axles replaced, brake fluid removed and replaced, wheels aligned & balanced, and power steering fluid removed & replaced. They also did a fuel induction service. I hadn’t expected to get so much work done in just one visit but it didn’t surprise me that so much was needed because I really don’t stay on top of my car’s maintenance except for the oil changes. The staff was very friendly and professional from beginning to end. The first thing I noticed was the receptionist’s smile after she greeted us, then the cleanliness of the lobby as well as how well as how welcoming and accommodating it is. There is a children’s area with seating and a TV; a coffee bar with seating, Wifi and electrical outlets; and of course seating in front of a second TV. Before they performed any work, they emailed me a detailed list of all the services they felt my vehicle needed. Then I called them to confirm I wanted all of it done. After I came back from a road trip, about a week ago, I took my car back to them because during the road trip, my car had been pulling to the right. Honest 1 Auto Car rotated the tires several times & test drove it, free of charge. They finally determined that the problem was a front tire band had broken. I’m pleased with their service on all counts. I’ll be returning for future auto care needs and would recommend them to others. And my husband will be bringing his truck for any future needs, as well.
