For the first time in years I have found an honest company that explains to me what is wrong with my vehicle. Took the car in for an oil leak and they checked every inch of my car. I had several problems that I was not aware of one being a noise that my regular auto repair I had used for years was needing a muffler/tail pipe. Not so. They drove my car before and after repairs and when I returned to pick it up we drove it together pointing out other minor noises and explaining to me what they were. I have a 2008 Town and Country van that I love and now I feel safe driving it.

Usually, I have an excellent experience with Honest1 Auto Care NRH including both, my and my wife's car. Everybody is very professional and cordial. And the service itself is very good. This time it was somewhat different regarding the service. I have scheduled a transmission fluid change on Friday and asked specifically for the genuine Nissan CVT fluid to be used. When I came for a service on Tuesday, they were ordering the fluid packs in front of me. So, I had to wait for it, for no reason if you ask me. Also, there was not enough ordered. So, I went out after more then 2 hours being waiting. I hope this is an exception that cauught my attention. Still going to use Honest1 Auto Care NRH services because I believe the team can handle situations like this much better. Update on 2/4 Like I stated above, it was an exception, indeed. As many times before, it was great service and detailed inspection on my car. You can count you will get the recommendations for keeping your car running seamlessly.

The personnel at this establishment was very professional and courteous. They knew exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a very reasonable quote. They also work with most warranty companies. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This is the place to go for car repairs. I took my Jeep here and the owners are brothers who explained what was wrong with my car and they were very polite my car was fixed that day. Now it runs perfectly and not to mention they leave a little treat with a thank you note and bible scripture so it shows they have great Christian Values which is definitely a plus for me...I am so happy to have finally found a great shop to take my cars....Thanks Honest-1 Auto Care.
