Great experience! The place was very clean, staff was friendly, the car was assessed and diagnosed quickly and the work was completed the same day!!! No shenanigans here - just professional, fairly priced, honest work. I'm bringing my second car in right away. So glad I found this place!

Honest 1 was very prompt , friendly, and helpful. Elizabeth at the front desk helped arrange for a Lyft to and from my work and gave me a discount code at check out. The repairs and oil change were done in a timely manner and they left a nice note with a bag of goodies in my car upon pick up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Best customer service start to finish I’ve ever had with my car. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone conversation to picking it up was great. Their prices were fair and lower than a competitors quote for the same services. Will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on.

Took my truck in for replacement of a switch and spark plugs Was greeted very quickly and with a friendly smile. Work was completed and at the quoted price. They kept me informed of progress on my truck. Staff was friendly and didn't make you feel like a dollar sign to them

Although I only brought my vehicle in for a State Inspection, it was handled in a professional, efficient manner. And because their "inspection printer" was out of service, I was not charged until they were able to provide me with a printout of the inspection results.
